Salary / Rate: £12.50 – £13.00 Per Hour*

We’re looking for reliable, confident front-of-house staff to join the team at The Farmers Baycliff on a permanent, long-term basis. This is a great opportunity to become part of a close-knit team at a busy coastal pub restaurant with a strong local following and a stunning setting.

This role offers around 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours during busier periods. It could suit college students or anyone seeking stable, long-term part-time work; provided you’re 18+ and able to travel independently.

Hours & availability:

• Monday evenings
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability required
• Around 15 hours per week, with scope to grow in peak seasons
• Permanent / long-term role (not seasonal or temporary)
• Not a live-in position
• Drivers only, the venue is off the main transport routes

What we’re looking for:

• Hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
• Someone looking for a long-term position, not short-term or seasonal work
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Confident with customers and able to handle busy shifts
• Reliable, friendly, and a genuine team player

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving drinks, including pints, wine, coffees and cocktails
• Looking after tables with warmth and confidence
• This role is physically active and involves long periods standing, walking, and carrying items during busy shifts.
• Running food and keeping front of house running smoothly
• Working together to create a consistently great guest experience
