Bar / Restaurant Staff
£12.50 – £13.00 per hour*

 

We’re on the lookout for strong front-of-house staff to join the team at The Farmers Baycliff – a busy coastal pub restaurant with a big local following, a stunning setting, and a team that pulls together to make every shift count.

What you’ll get:

• £12.50–£13 per hour, depending on experience

What we’re after:

• Experience in hospitality preferred – but we’ll train the right person
• Someone who can handle a busy shift and still smile
• Drivers only – we’re a little off the beaten path
• Reliable, friendly, and confident with customers
• Team spirit, a good attitude, and pride in your work

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving drinks – from pints and wine to coffees and cocktails
• Looking after tables with warmth and confidence
• Running food and keeping things smooth front of house
• Working together to create a great experience every time
